Programme delivery in FamiliBase occurs at different levels i.e. from

setting. We are looking for dedicated, energetic & motivated people

education to the children in our service.
JOB TITLE: FamiliBase Early Years Practitioners
JOB TYPES: Early Years Practitioners Full-time **Apply on the

JOB PURPOSE:
The Practitioners will work as a member of the early years team,
showing initiative and creativity to foster an environment, which
encourages the holistic development of each child. The Practitioners
will support the day-to-day operations of the Service and the
provision of a quality service to children and parents.
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
* To work alongside our Early Years and school age care team for
children between the ages of 6 months to approx. **Apply on the

* Dropping and collecting children from local primary schools
* To know and understand the interests and abilities of children in
our service.
* To develop curriculums that incorporates a suitable range of
indoor & outdoor activities/games to support the early years
programmes.
PERSON SPECIFICATIONS
* Early Years Qualification.
* First Aid Trained desirable
* Previous experience in a school age childcare/early years setting
is beneficial.
* Be flexible (during term and non-term time).
* A passion for working with children
* Excellent interpersonal and communication Skills with children,
staff and parents
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Knowledge of relevant policies and regulations
* An area of expertise such as drama, music, sports coaching,
cooking etc. to contribute to the school age childcare programme is
beneficial.
